Dr Velumani sold Thyrocare to Pharmeasys parent. I continue to hold Thyrocare shares for around 7 years now. When this deal happened, share price jumped from 600/- to 1200/- and then fell back to 500/-. It was a very smart move to sell Thyrocare. Pharmeasy went through lot of trouble later.
But, the exit was well timed. He encashed it.
