How to Disable Biometrics? Procedure

U have to disable it!

Ur biometrics on Aadhar website

Keep it disabled!

So when , say on taking new sim/ or ur life certificate authentication when it wants .. enable aadhar biometrics to access and match ur fingerprints/ iris .

It's very easy to disable biometrics ( donot disable adhaar) download my adhaar app in your mobile. Can register all the Adhaar's registered to that mobile number. Select one adhaar, go to my adhaar, disable biometrics , you will get OTP in mobile.

AEPS fraud, Aadhar Enabled Payment System.

This fraud results losing of money/ personal data despite of best awareness.

This is due to intrinsic system of biometric prints in Aadhar and more prone in SBI

SBI as of now doesn't have immediate assistance or redressal.

Kindly lock the biometrics from Aadhar accessing it without your knowledge and permission.

There are means for pilferage of Aadhar biometric prints from Rev Deptt, Passport Office etc.

It very easy download mAadhar in your profile section just lock 🔒 the biometric prints

If you are joint account holder, kindly lock the biometrics individually to prevent any fraudulent withdrawal from your account.

Remember to Unlock when carrying out Aadhar authentication via biometrics again

Whenever you need biometrics , enable it same way . It auto locks after 10 mins .
