Bank Nifty Option Tips for Today
Simple and clear rejection from the rally yesterday which was very surprising for me. No harm in accepting the fact that I was caught off guard by the move. A couple of points worth mentioning here.
1. Volumes are decreasing every day in cash and future segment suggesting caution and lack of trust in market moves.
2. Lot of Volumes shifting to optionswhich is creating volatility and sharp moves.
Nifty. Support is placed at 16160 and resistance at 16400
BankNifty. Clearly the weaker Index after a rejection from the weekly trendline. Support is placed at 34700 and resistance at 35600. If the range breaks, we should get 400 points on the downside.
Derivative. Data is weakening day by day. The issue is big net sell figures in Index futures and Stock futures.
One has to be cautious as tomorrow USA has inflation data and thus world markets will be jittery till this data gets over thus it is advised to close all your positions and do not carry any positions over the weekend.
