Not just these three - Almost every Tech Giant in the World always has their founders as the First CEOS. They build the Company, Fight for the Markets, Build the Markets, Innovate, Innovate more, Develop Technologies, Evaluate Competition and finally take the Company to a Certain Stature

Once the Company reaches a certain Stature- The CEOs Job becomes Mundane and Boring - and these super talented guys like Page, Brin, Gates, Balmer, Warnock etc simply cannot handle the routine work of Corporate Management

(b) Someone who is faithfully Loyal
(c) Someone who can speak pretty good english (Ruling out many Asians)
(d) Someone who is not a Threat to the Founders or their Legacy
(e) Someone who will be "Flexible" and listen to the Founders who are still huge shareholders
(f) Someone who came up in the US Education System for Post Graduation and thus has a strong network of Business Contacts
(h) Someone who is guaranteed not to go back home for the rest of his natural life unless thrown out of USA (Ruling out Chinese or Koreans or Japanese who mostly go home after studies) and who would give all five fingers for a Citizenship
Guess who fits all these Conditions?

The Concept of Loyalty is strong for Indians over Americans who are more practical and always look out for No 1
Indians in USA will never go back home most of the time and would give an Arm and a Leg for a US Passort.
