They are in deep trouble. Huge losses. No free cash even to pay salaries. Employees are dissatisfied lot.
I had 6k spicecash which I had loaded from my credit card for booking a ticket pre- COVID. Did not book any ticket. Now, they say that spice cash program is discontinued and they are unable to refund due to technical glitch in their system. Horrible airline. Just avoid, if possible.

Even GoAir… pathetic. Just a few hours prior to departure they send a message regarding your scheduled flight with a changed date… Rest everything is same. And then no matter how much you call or mail them, they stick to their stance that this was what you had booked! And, then you have no option, but to cancel your booked ticket.

Just a suggestion…… please avoid Spice jet and Go air….. they have too many losses ….. for assured travel, indigo is good and for better quality and high assurance Vistara and Air Asia are good.
