The U.S.-China trade war looks to move beyond words–and again it involves Huawei Technologies.
China is ready to put U.S. technology companies such as Apple, (AAPL), Cisco Systems (CSCO), and Qualcomm (QCOM) on its "unreliable entity list." That would likely result in investigations and economic restrictions on those U.S. companies, according to the Global Times. The Global Times, while not an official publication of the Communist Party of China, is published by the People's Daily, which is itself the official newspaper of the Communist Party.
The move by China, the Global Times reports, would be in retaliation for an action today by the U.S. Department of Commerce to amend an export rule to target Huawei Technologies' acquisition of semiconductors that are the direct product of certain U.S. software and technology. That would require companies using U.S. chipmaking equipment to obtain a U.S. license before supplying chips to Huawei.
Just to lighten the mood we can say that Half of us are working from the couch and luxuriating in the myth of shared sacrifice. The other half is getting their livelihoods crushed while the virus lies in wait.
The Chinese need to be shown their place as all viruses in the past 4 centuries have originated from China and all of these had become pandemics.
Thus we call one and all to avoid using the Chinese made products and one can recognize Chinese products barcode and like expiry date you must see barcode to avoid buying any Chinese made item as buying Chinese items means we are giving more money to China to wage biowarfare against humanity.
