This is total bullshit by congress party. It always wanted to give people free benefits at the cost of national development and make the people of this country dependent & unproductive. This is merely for getting the votes and rule the country for their own betterment and profit.
All this money will be that money which will be collected from all the taxpayers in any of the the form by government and instead of using it for national growth and development, they will be using it to make the people dependent and unproductive.
