DHFL has come with a NCD which has a coupon rate of 9.3% but lock in period is on the higher side to the tune of 10 years. If you are comfortable locking in money for a longer period; you can consider going for it as fixed deposit rates have gone down considerably. You can get 9.3% interest rate for 10 years and can just invest and can get monthly or Annual returns. But remember that interest is not tax free.
