If you have booked a ticket through online medium and have a change of plan, be ready to pay cancellation charges (approx Rs 1058/- per leg) which will be levied irrespective of how much time frame you provide them. We were able to cancel ticket by calling 18001801407 and told that refund will take 14 days to get processed and also advised to cancel ticket for faster refund by using the web login procedure which we might have had used while booking the ticket. Pl read following instructions which we received on sending a mail at above mail id.
