Documentation is compulsory  ie. way bill. Please avoid buying from us if the same cannot be provided. Its not the responsibility of the seller to notify related to any such documentation before making purchase. Its buyer’s responsibility to check his/her state laws & rules related to taxes & documentation if any.

So this is going to be a big challenge for ecommerce industry and they can keep their fingers crossed that a universal tax is rolled out as even brands are up against them for selling at discounted rates and some have even threatened not to provide service warranty for products purchased online as it is creating price differential in online and offline brick and mortar model.
