- If your e-bill has come with password protection, please use your registered e-bill password to open the same.
- In case you forget your password, send an SMS "Ebill PWD" to 121 from your Tata Docomo phone number to retrieve it. You can also log into My Account and select "Forgot your password" option.
- You are requested to change and create your own 6 character password. To create, SMS "PWD ‹YOUR PASSWORD› to 121 from your Tata Docomo phone number. You can also change your password by logging into My Account.
- All e-bills (both original & duplicate) generated after the change of password will open with the new password only. To open e-bills sent prior to the password change, please use the old password.
- To deactivate the e-bill password protection service, SMS "DACT EPWD" TO 121.
