Axis bank is a good bank but we found its customer care wanting as any query where they have too refund the money due to their wrong deduction of the charges, they prefer to keep quiet. Even the request to provide the phone numbers of banking ombudsman has also gone down the deaf ears.
When we closed the account and intimated them about our reasons for closure of the bank account we got a following automated response and never got ahead of it as clients closing their account are last priority of the bank.
