No doubt Bharti Airtel is innovative and this time they have come with personalised caller tunes with your names. Have a look at the screenshot below:

People are used to normal ring-ring tone or at the most to a music song. however with personalised name in caller tune might make them think that they have hit an interactive voice machine and their call has been activated. Till date people are not comfortable with interactive voice response systems unless it is a toll free number in India for which they do not get charged.
