The heirs to include Ritchie's daughter, Joan Ritchie Silleck, and his son, Robert Ritchie have filed a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court. Their contention is that they want to let the whole world know their father's extraordinary life story without interference or the threat of litigation" from Pepsi.
