Till the time Nifty sustains above the level of 5200, some hope remains in the market and we may see Nifty trying to scale past the level of 5300. This optimism stems from the fact that PCR-OI is showing a bounce back, as it is continuously increasing and it indicates that long positions are being taken in the market with a target of 5400 level. Just remember that Nifty holding level of 5120 is very important as it happens to be its 200 Day Moving Average (DMA). Suddenly Moody after Indian downgrade from stable to negative perception is also making noises about India by saying that in short to medium term no payment crisis looms large on India.
However from medium term perspective; daily trend of Nifty remains down as market is moving in a very narrow range coupled with low volumes. One wonders where these bulls and bears have gone or are they waiting for some trigger. Market breadth was negative with 1,465 declines and 1,333 gainers on the BSE.
