It is no doubt that Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan is a true leader who is not only able to inspire his team but is also able to get the best out of them.We take the opportunity to salute this stalwart who has turned 47 on 14 Mar 2012. We wish him a very happy birthday.
Just a quick look at his career suggests that he started his career as a child artist in his uncle Nasir Hussain's film Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973) and his professional career in Holi (1984).
His first commercial successful movie was Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) with Juhi Chawla as the lead lady. His other popular film like 3 Idiots has forced many business houses to take the film as a case study. Not to forget his contribution in Taare Zamin Par which has given a new lease of life to slow learning children. We can now look forward to Talaash, and Dhoom 3, which is scheduled for a 2013 release.
However we feel bad that none of the award ceremonies has ever made an effort to recognise his efforts and as a net result he has boycotted all award ceremonies. We also feel bad that despite all success in life he could not save his marriage and fell apart. Maybe this is the cost of success, however we are not ready to pay such a price irrespective of any stardom.
