It belongs to the Simplex group of companies, which has over 50 years experience in the civil and foundation construction industry from power to roads, marine to hospital, high-rise buildings to urban architecture. Sister concerns include Geo Miller & Company. Over 200 projects have been completed including high-rise buildings, housing complexes, flyovers, jetties, and industrial structures. With a strong presence in the east and northeast part of the country, it focuses on roads, railways, power, urban infrastructure and parking. Plant and equipment resources of the company encompass a wide spectrum of state-of-the-art piling and construction equipment. It has technical collaborations with international construction giants for advanced techniques and research facilities in engineering. It has acquired technical rights to develop fully automatic mechanical car parking systems. Ongoing projects include construction of 560-m length railway over bridge (ROB) at Mithapur, Patna for Eastern Railway valued at Rs 150 million; 12 ROBs varying from 500 m to 750 m long at various locations in and around Ranchi and Dhanbad in the state of Jharkhand for Konkan Railway Corporation valued at approximately Rs 650 million; construction of a hospital at Thoubal in Manipur valued at Rs 220 million, the Purana market complex in Imphal City in Manipur valued at Rs 110 million, and a slum development program in Ravengla in Sikkim valued at Rs 1,600 million for NBCC , a central government body; and installing 4,000 pile works of 500, 550 and 600 mm dia cast in situ driven pile at a housing project in Kolkata for Unitech Housing Projects.
