Gateway Multichannel Retail (India), a 51:49 joint venture between Shopper`s Stop and Hypercity Retail (India), is to operate stores with services from Home Retail Group (India), a wholly-owned company of Home Retail Group plc, and use trademarks of Argos and Hypercity. The associate Hypercity offers foods, home entertainment, hi-tech, appliances, furniture, and other products under exclusive agreements with Waitrose (UK) and Raleigh Cycles (India). Timezone, a 50:50 joint venture with the promoter group and LAI (Australia), offers a range of interactive games through it six gaming centers.
