A lot of people in India are making money with free blogspot blogs writings and now with new Google policy change their page rank, url and earnings may get affected.
We all know that our telecom minister was hell bent on internet censorship India and probably taking the cue from that now all blogspot blogs will be redirecting to their parent country urls. For e.g the xyz.blogger(dot)com in India will be redirecting to xyz.blogger(dot)in. The rest of the world will see it as xyz.blogger(dot)com
Why this change made by Google for Blogspot blogs?
Now Google can curtail certain pages being blocked in specific country in accordance with the laws of the country and balance world can see that page which has been blocked. Their official website states that by using ccTLDs, content removals can be managed on a per country basis, which will limit their impact to the smallest number of readers. Content removed due to a specific country’s law will only be removed from the relevant ccTLD.
Disadvantages of change
Now each blog will have two addresses i.e. xyz.blogger(dot)com and xyz.blogger(dot)in which will adversely affect the page rank of these blogs. Even social media analytics will get affected.

Another alternative is to avoid redirection by using /ncr to the blog URL end. For e.g if the blog URL is xyz.blogspot(dot)com, the new URL would be xyz.blogspot(dot)com/ncr and it would not redirect to any other address.
