Tilaknagar Industries (TILAKIND), incorporated on Dec. 18, 1967, is engaged in the manufacture, marketing and sale of industrial alcohol, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), alcohol based chemicals and sugar cubes. The brand portfolio consisting of whiskey, brandy, rum and gin includes the Mansion House range, Senate Royale, Courier Napoleon, Savoy Club, Classic, Royal Choice and other brands. It manufactures alcohol-based chemicals such as di-ethyle oxolate (DEO) which is used as an intermediary by pharma companies, in turkey red oil and other areas. The manufacturing facilities are located at Tilaknagar in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra with installed capacities of 9 million bulk liters of IMFL, 15 million bulk liters of industrial alcohol, and 2,400 MTPA DEO. In FY07, the flagship brand Mansion House crossed sales of one million cases and is one of the largest selling premium brandy brands in the country. Early in 2008, the company acquired 100% stake in Surya Organic Chemicals and Parag Distilleries.
