Hats off to TRAI for making it compulsory on the telecom operators to provide a web based complaint monitoring system and complaint has to be addressed in 45 days. It is remarkable effort by TRAI in ensuring Quality Service provided by telecom service providers to its customers.
Thank God! Now we can hope to have some reprieve and can see the complaints being addressed in real time. It is good that TRAI is keeping the leash tight across the neck of these telecom operators.
