RSWM (RSWMLTD), a LNJ Bhilwara group company, has business interests in yarn, fabric, garments and denim. It was incorporated on Oct. 17, 1960. The company produces yarn including polyester, acrylic, viscose, cotton, wool, rayon, silk, linen and polyamide; In addition, it produces specialty products from unorthodox fibers like soya, protin, bamboo, and branded fibers like tencel and lycra. A range of blended suiting fabric is produced under the Mayur brand. In its move to higher value-added segments, the company produces high-end specialty denim fabric and has started manufacturing garments. The company has 10 ERP-enabled manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan and Karnataka. It operates around 360,000 spindles and produces 100,000 MT of yarn per year. The in-house fabric weaving and processing facilities have an installed capacity of 12 million meters per annum. The company has a state-of-the-art garment unit for global customers with a capacity to deliver 13,000 units daily. RSWM has acquired 50% equity stake in SISA S.A. Spain and has RSWM International B.V. Holland as a 100% subsidiary. It recently acquired Cheslind Textile, a Bengaluru based textile unit in 2007. The denim and 48 MW power plants have commenced operation. The company has collaborations with Lenzing (Austria), Trevira CS (Germany), and SISA S.A. (Spain). An expansion plan of Rs. 9,000 million has been initiated by RSWM in order to expand horizons. The company has been recognized as a Golden Trading House by the Government of India. It exports yarns, fabrics and garments to over 60 countries in Europe, South Africa, Korea, Belgium, Australia, Singapore, Italy, Egypt and the Gulf countries.
