Procedure for Obtaining PAN Card
1. You are able to submit your duly filled and signed PAN application form along with the supporting documents to any of the TIN-FCs or PAN Centre's managed by NSDL. Know a Centre close to your location from the TIN facilitation centers list.
2. You will have to submit one of the following documents together with the application form:
- Proof of identity (POI)
- Evidence of address (POA)
- Individual applicants should affix a recent colour photograph (size 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm) within the space provided at the form.
