The term deposit rate for Oriental bank of commerce as being advertised in the newspaper is 9.1% for 91-179 days and 8.5% for 7-90 days.
Senior citizens get added benefit of an additional half percent. Now it needs to be seen that they give this much interest if some one prematurely encashes the term deposit. However it appears they will not charge any penalty for premature withdrawal up to 180 days.
