It was incorporated as a private limited company on Nov. 25, 1991 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on Apr 1, 1995. The company has 28 projects under development, including 24 in Pune and 4 in Bangalore. These projects will generate over 14.58 million sq. ft. of saleable area and will include 5 IT parks, 11 commercial complexes, 10 residential complexes, 1 serviced apartment building and 1 integrated township. As on Dec. 22 2006, the company had around 29.76 million sq. ft. of estimated developable land area in and around Pune, Bangalore and Panvel having a net value of approximately INR 18,667 million. ReGenesis Project Management Company is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Recent awards include first prize from the Government of Maharashtra for Best IT Infrastructure in Maharashtra for its GigaSpace IT Park project in Pune.
