ITD Cementation India (ITDCEM) is a construction company. A subsidiary of Italian-Thai Development Public Company, Thailand, the company was incorporated as Cemindia Company on Jun. 24, 1978 and got its current name on May 26, 2005. The company is engaged in physical infrastructure development of marine structures, foundations, transportation projects (highways, railways and major bridge projects), ground and specialist engineering, hydro electric power projects, tunnels, industrial civil works, dams and urban infrastructure. It has completed the rehabilitation and widening work on a highway in the Visag-Ichhapuram section; design and construction of a 450 M long structural steel bridge over Mandovi River, Goa; construction of Mansi Wakal dam, Udaipur; among other projects.
ITD Cementation India has joint ventures with ITD for a Rs 1,573 million contract to rehabilitate and upgrade lane configuration in Madhya Pradesh; a Rs 2,055 million contract for construction of a four-lane bypass in Rajasthan; a Rs 8.93 billion contract for underground metro construction and Rs 1,886 million contract for work on five elevated stations along the Qutub Minar-Gurgoan corridor for Delhi Metro Rail corporation (DMRC). It has undertaken projects like the container terminal for PSA in Chennai, shore piling for Bombay Dyeing at the Mumbai road underpass by box jacking at Azadpur, Delhi, and has been awarded many others. The company has been awarded the Gujarat Pipavav Port Safety Trophy in 2007. It is ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001:2004, and OHSAS-18001:1999 certified.
