It has 12 subsidiaries, directly and indirectly, that operate in US, UK, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Besides these, HOPFL operates in India through its 60% subsidiary, Pearl Global. House of Pearl Fashions entered the capital markets in January 2006 through an an initial public offering of 5.984 million equity shares of Rs 10 each in the price band of Rs 525 to Rs 600 per equity share.
