Now with today’s closing market is now at a make or break level as consecutively two days it is closing near the Nifty 4800 mark. Thus we are likely to see sharp movement in either of the direction and in such scenarios a straddle is the best bet to make money from sharp movements in one side in the market. and in such scenarios the best bet in day trading is to trade with hot stocks of the day and end the day with profit.
Just keep in mind that if the level of 4700-4635 is broken than Nifty will fall to the level of 4300. One need to be cautious as bearish mood prevails as technical indicators like MACD has turned negative on the daily charts and it only shows that bears have an upper hand in the fight with the bulls. The overall market breadth was negative as 1,620 stocks declined against 1,105 advancing ones, on the BSE.
