ATM Card Failed Transaction Amount Reversal Procedure

One need to undertake a complete process for reversal of failed ATM Transaction where the ATM transaction slip shows that the amount has been debited but amount has not been dispensed by atm machine.

• Scan or photocopy the transaction slip of the original ATM slip.
• Now file a complaint by calling the customer care number. Do keep a track of the complaint number this will help in chasing in case there is a delay.
