Manugraph India (MANUGRAP), established on Apr. 25, 1972, is a printing machine enterprise manufacturing web offset and sheet fed offset presses. Earlier known as Manugraph Industries, it got its present name on Feb. 27, 2002. The company is focused on manufacturing printing presses for the four-page newspaper offset market and has attained leadership position through technical expertise and customer orientation. It ranks number one in the manufacture and supply of web offset presses with a whopping 70% market share. Its presses are present in nearly all major publication houses catering to their production needs efficiently with presses having speeds ranging from 35,000 to 55,000 copies per hour. Services include customized solutions for newspaper printing, 16-page commercial printing, automated sheet fed presses and ancillary products like remote ink control systems. Stategically situated at Kolhapur, about 400 Km from Mumbai, the company has two modern manufacturing plants with an installed capacity to produce 830 web offset printing units. It has a team of over 100 service specialists providing services before and after the press installation. They provide services for installation, maintenance, planning and repairs. The company also maintains a supply of 90% of the spare parts required for all its presses. The client list includes newspapers like The Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran, and others. It caters to customers in South America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the CIS countries and takes part in trade shows across the globe to attract new customers. A negotiable business cooperation agreement is in place with MAN Roland, Germany for marketing its single width presses worldwide. In FY07, it purchased Dauphin Graphics Machines Inc., the No. 1 company in the US four- page market segment, and renamed it Manugraph DGM Inc.
