One gets perplexed when one does not get cash dispensed from an ATM machine and if this Short / Zero Cash dispensed at other Bank ATMs, complaint can be lodged at the nearest Axis Bank branch OR by calling Phone Banking OR by writing to the Bank at debit.card@axisbank(dot)com or to your particular bank.
As per RBI guidelines, The Bank will credit such wrongly debited amounts within a period of 7 working days from the date of the complaint. The Bank will pay Rs.100/- per day beyond 7 working days only if the complaint is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Other Bank customers not using their bank atms are requested to contact their Bank in case of Short / Zero cash dispensation.
Do not worry if cash is not dispensed from ATM machine as help is always at hand and it might happen due to satellite link failure with the server. Thus do not panic and amount will be credited back to you.
