Please go through the below guidelines for NEFT transactions to have a hassle free experience while undertaking the NEFT transaction:
- As per the RBI guidelines, the transaction credit will be effected based solely on the beneficiary account number information as provided by remitter and the beneficiary name particulars will not be used thereof.
- Your daily funds transfer limit is INR 50,000. To increase the limit, please submit a written request at the branch. This limit may vary with each bank.
- NEFT charges will be applicable only to Current Account holders, and not to Savings Account holders.
- Account will be debited only when the transfer is successful.
- NEFT Transaction once initiated cannot be cancelled or stopped.
- In case NEFT transaction is not processed, a message will appear under Status Enquiry. The time required to credit the account depends on the Payee’s bank.
- NEFT Transactions initiated after 1800 hrs on Weekdays, after 1200 hrs on Saturdays, and on Holidays; will be processed on the next working day.
- Axis Bank uses advanced internet security features for the safety of your online account. Please follow our safety guidelines while using Internet Banking.
- Axis Bank does not seek personal details like Account Number, PIN or Password either over the phone or by an e-mail. Do not reveal these details to anyone pretending to call on behalf of Axis Bank or its technical team.
- Familiarize yourself with internet-banking before using it. If necessary, seek guidance from the Branch. Axis Bank will not be responsible for any incorrect transactions.
