The company is also looking forward for the establishment of wholly owned subsidiary in UAE for the development of township, construction of residential and commercial purposes. FEDDRLOY has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Chinese white goods manufacturer Haier to jointly market and manufacture refrigerators in the Indian market. Fedders Lloyd Corporation has approved to hike the authorized share capital from Rs 400 million to Rs 500 million. The board has also approved to issue and allot in domestic international offerings any securities including GDRs or ADRs or FCCBs or bonds up to an aggregate amount of Rs 3,000 million.
