Zenith Infotech Limited (ZIL), part of the Zenith Computer group, is a Mumbai based software product company. ZIL is a managed services infrastructure provider to information services (IT) services providers. The company`s product SAAZ and virtual NOC are used by companies like Sony, Carnegie Mellon university, Pentel, Ferrari, Honda, and Phillips etc. SAAZ is a remote IT infrastructure management program which enables IT service providers to manage desktops, servers, applications and network devices at customer sites via the Internet. Virtual NOC is a back-end monitoring, maintenance and network operations center service to help IT service providers scale their managed service business without the expense of building a large network operations center or hiring a large group of technical people. The company operates in domestic and international markets. In domestic markets it provides banking solutions and licenses of its product SAAZ and in the international markets it focuses on North America and the UK markets. ZIL`s research and development is in Mumbai and has support offices New York, Pittsburgh, Silicon Valley and Singapore. The company registered 182% growth in net profits for the quarter ended Sep. 30, 2006 at Rs 60.89 million as against Rs 21.58 million for the quarter ended Sep. 30, 2005. Sales for the quarter increased 85.8% at Rs 149.98 million as against Rs 80.72 million in the corresponding period previous year. ZIL had posted a net profit growth of 200% to Rs 107.44 million for FY06 as against Rs 35.68 million for FY05. Its EPS was Rs 9.11 for FY06.
