Nifty is trading in a sideways zone and is having stiff resistance at 5700 level. Nifty is likely to get support at 5677 and face resistance at 5715-5733 and value of Nifty 5715 holds significance as it is 200 DMA of Nifty. The momentum indicators points to a positive bias and thus Nifty can target 5762 in August series and may target 6000 level by Diwali on the back of positive global developments and foreign institutional fund flows. The present week is going to be an action packed week with F&O expiry and RBI credit update tomorrow. Today market breadth was positive. Thus take the benefit of bullish breakout and trade in hot stock alerts and make money like professionals as they have found the secret to make money in market.
RBI Update
It would be very important to look at RBI’s measures on Tuesday, given that China has already hinted at reversing its tightening regime as inflation is expected to cool off. The banking regulator may also provide a similar signal and abstain from increasing interest rates after another 25 bps hike. Any further rate hike may not serve any purpose, given that banks have been tight in terms of liquidity and corporate borrowers have been very selective in availing money at higher costs. We expect the RBI to pause tightening at the end of this quarter/start of next quarter.
Results to Watch Tomorrow
BHEL, Maruti Suzuki, Great Offshore and Asian Paints are going to come out with the results and can be on the watch list for positive moves in the market.

Telecom Companies State of Affairs
The telecom companies had a field day as they raised their tariffs from 50 paise per minute (ppm) to 60 ppm for local and STD mobile to mobile calls and from 60 ppm to 90 ppm for calls to landlines for new pre-paid subscribers. Tariffs were also raised by a similar quantum in per second billing plans to 1.2 paisa while the free airtime offered earlier was removed. These changes were announced for six circles, including Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Madhya Pradesh. They would be effective for existing subscribers post validity of their current vouchers.
Best Stock Among Telecom Companies Available at Reasonable Price
The telecom companies have touched new heights today and if RCOM is held for say a period of more than 9 months we may see a phenomenal price provided present ongoing problem of Anil Ambani of recasting his debt is resolved as he is desperately trying to sell his tower business and is not finding any takers which sooner or later will come at a discounted price. We hope to see this crisis being resolved over a period of 9 months and RCom can be a multibagger. A rate hike to improve the quality of services is justified and is going to hold good in the long term and in this league of raising prices, we may see hike by other operators.

Global Market Update
US debt worries is continously plaguing the investor sentiments in the US as she has failed over the weekend to agree to raise the nation's debt ceiling ahead of a deadline on August 2, 2011, giving rise to fears of a sovereign default. The global financial crisis, which was rooted in poor regulation of the US housing and banking sectors, already tarnished perceptions of the United States overseas. However one need not worry as US is not going to default as they will go all out of their way to save the economy because if US fails than it will have a cascading effect and thus it is a remote possibility.
