Falling crude price is good for the health of Indian market and economy in particular and now coming week dalal street will be taking the cues from the results of Infosys on 15 Apr and crude price will be followed closely. The days rally was supported by inflow of funds from foreign institutional investors. Thus make use of the opportunity by trading in the hot share and make money like elite 5% of the market who daily get profit cheques from their brokers. Nifty is going to see a psychological barrier at the levels of 6000 and fresh move will only commence once the same is able to sustain above that level with conviction. Nifty is likely to move in a range of 5800-6050-6135. Bulls will be in control once the Nifty is able to move past 5950. Indian market is likely to see a rally on the hopes of strong earnings gains from companies like Alstom Projects, Havells India, BGR Energy, Crompton Greaves, Suzlon, Larsen & Toubro, Punj Lloyd, Gammon India, Siemens and Usha Martin.
As per the SEBI data for the month of April, foreign fund houses have invested Rs 7,106.5 crore till April 11. The tone in market is positive with BSE ending the day with 1960 advances against 971 declines. It is interesting to note that Goldman Sachs has stated that BRICS nation has already become growth markets and are no more emerging markets. Globally upbeat report on U.S. retail sales in the month of March is working wonders for the financial markets.
Indian IPO Information
Muthoot Finance IPO price band is likely to be between Rs 160-175/share and we see it is going aggressively with its media campaign and brand ambassadors.
Medha Patkar another social activist has come down heavily on Anna Hazare and we quote "It was shocking to find that Anna Hazareji...publicly appreciated the rule as well as rural development work by the CM of Gujarat, Mr Narendra Modi...Modi's response to the initiative to bring in a strong enactment or to wipe out corruption is, to say the least, only politically motivated. If only he was committed to an institution like the Jan Lokpal, how could the Lokpal's post be vacant in Gujarat since 2005." Irrespective of anything we salute these people as they are doing the best for the betterment of the Indian community at large and we salute them for their dedication. Let not politics overtake their work and politicians should not get into it the mode of taking credit of their work.
