It was definitely a good technical bounce back and same was stated on the web page yesterday where we advised all to be careful. This technical bounce back has definitely squeezed the shorts. For tomorrow trading keep these levels under observation. Do not blindly short and one can be bullish once the level of Nifty 5182 is crossed on the upside. Only point of concern is that the market is struggling to make upside because of the relatively low volume. Let us keep an eye on the overall volume in the market.

As  we had suggested yesterday that the move in Indian market can not occur unless the heavy weights make a move and same happened today as sudden bout of buying in index heavyweights in the mid-session lifted the Indian market sharply up on Tuesday. As a result this up move helped Sensex close the near the day's high at 17,228, up 245 points or 1.44%, while the S&P CNX Nifty rose 81 points or 1.60% to 5,148.

Since morning weak Asian markets after the U.S Federal Reserve chief Ben Bernanke warned of continued weakness and Japan's $81 billion stimulus program failed to cheer investors. A change in sentiment helped the BSE and same was reflected in the closing Sensex and Nifty Ticks.
