Beware of Reliance Money online trading software

1. I must say that speed of Reliance money software for trading is extremely poor as compared to India bulls "Powerindiabulls" software. I shifted to Reliance money due to better brokerage rate structure but now I am feeling the pain as the home page of Reliance money takes ages to load the page. I even tried assesing its instatrade software from broadband but the results were still not satisfactory for reliance money platform.

2. Indiabulls Powerindiabulls software loads broker type screen fast due to the software being loaded on the personal laptop or computer. However same is not the case with Reliance money as one has to choose the option of Insta trade or easy trade from the home page of Reliancemoney and thus the speed is slow. Frankly speaking it was a painful experience seeing the home page of reliance money load for easy trade segment as the insta trade refused to get loaded with Reliance communications USB modem as am generally mobile.

Only point in favour of Reliance money trading platform is that one is able to get the money transferred from the bank account to personal trading account whereas one has to give upto 12 hours to India bulls for the transferred amount to be credited in the trading account despite doing a banking transfer online. If one has urgency one can send them email and can get the same reflected manually in trading account which at times becomes a big headache. If somebody has a difference experience about reliance money please make your comments. Reliance money if you are listening than why don't you provide a CD with software like India bulls (Powerindiabulls software) so that speed will increase automatically. I do not see any improvement in the speed of Reliance money as a broker terminal till the time software is given to the trader. Even another pain is in form of a separate "key" provided which flashes a number each time one presses the same and one need to place the same in the log in window to get the assess to account. Why these guys have to make the system so complicated as invariably one is not carrying the key when one is mobile. Even online banking platforms do not have such elaborate security arrangements and due to all these loops one is not able to trade or trade with lots of difficulty.

4. Thus if speed is no problem and you have a broadband than you can go with Reliance money as they have competitive brokerage rate. However if you are a day trader than better stick to some good platform which provides speed with GPRS connection or USB modem in case you are mobile. However personally from security point of view I feel more comfortable with reliance money and ICICI direct as India bulls had cases where traders accounts were operated without the consent of the owner by representatives. So each has its pluses and minuses and one has to choose the best online trading platform as per an individual trading style.
