1. Before I pronounce the judgement regarding being India a power or a swing state I would like to let all know that "Power" is a nation which can influence the decision making in the world order like USA.
2. India is no doubt a swing state as it still requires backing from a stronger nation to get the point across the table. However do not get disheartened as it is just a matter of 25-30 years that we will be among one of the powers as age is in our favour and we have a better and professionally qualified work force and thus we have to take the advantage of this human resource. So make the hay while our generation remains young.
3. In next 30 years or so one child norm would have had taken off in a big way and our work force will be less and more personnel will be in the old age category. Thus all businesses have to utilise this period of coming 30 years to make "India a force to reckon with".
