1. Well Diwali has gone past and this photo is not for belated Diwali wishes but to bring an important facet about Lord Ganesha's Trunk.

I was sent this photo by my friend Harry at Orkut and thought the same to share my findings for the Lord Ganesha Trunk as I found this startling fact while I was purchasing a silver idol of lord Ganesha on Dhan Teras and same is posted here for the benefit of all as Lord Ganesha holds a lot of significance in Hindu Mythology for earning money.
3. Focus on the trunk of Lord Ganesha in the photograph and you will notice that the trunk is bending towards left side as you see. It is advised to buy a Lord Ganesha icon in which trunk is finally going to the right side as you see the photograph. It is said that a icon containing trunk towards left side requires a Puja and daily ritual of very hard nature and the same may not be feasible for an average individual.
4. So, do focus on this trunk aspect as I have researched a lot on said subject and is posting the same for the benefit of all as we have to appease the gods also to keep them in good humour if we want a windfall of money.
