Chanakyan spin on budget

Ok some Chanakyan spin on budget from my end. What is govt thinking (in my opinion)

1. Govt does not want public to buy real estate as investment vehicle. Govt wants public to buy real estate for living. 

2. Govt does not want public to put their savings in derivatives and futures and market so alarmingly.

3. Public has been putting money in mutual funds and market over traditional saving (which give really poor returns) and insurance. Govt wants public to not rush with their entire savings to speculative markets.

4. Govt does not believe the market value of exchanges and real estate and thinks it is in a bubble which is at risk (if not imminent) of bursting. Govt thinks everything in share markets and real estate is overpriced and being done so artificially. 

5. Govt thinks by doing this (indexation removal), it can slowly deflate this to its real value. Those who entered this game already after 2002 will suffer, but govt thinks that loss as acceptable.

6. If I am govt, I will bring in demonetisation 2.0 now. Remove all currency notes above ₹50 value. This time it need not be done suddenly. 6-8 months notice would suffice. And I will force Aadhar link to real estate.

7. Middle class is a bystander casualty here. There are big Jagirdars who have parked lot of money in real estate. Hit of Jagirdars has begun. Demonetisation 2.0 and Aadhar RE linking should be coming next, if I am Modi. Modi has to go all in boldly now. No half hearted measures please. If we are hurting Jagirdars should hurt more. 

8. Middle class will suffer but fall in line. Jagirdars will suffer more here. 

9. This pains me because I am that middle class casualty who wrote about this few weeks ago.
