The way our policy makers are designing the policies like GAAR India; the disaster was bound to happen and we saw the net result in form of Standard & Poor lowering the India’s credit rating to negative from stable. This is attributable to slowed down investment and economic growth coupled with current account deficit widening and good policies are getting hindrances from being implemented by leaders like Mamata Banerjee who rules the writ from Writer’s building in Calcutta.
Nifty has survived the onslaught today which could have had been worse and its bouncing back is good for the health of Nifty. However one must keep an eye on Nifty 5135 level which happens to be its 200 days moving average (200 DMA). It is going to be a D-day as we are going to see F&O expiry tomorrow. if Nifty breaks 5180 than we are going to see some free fall and may find support at 5135 level. Thus ideal way to make profit is to trade less but to trade accurately and none can beat the accuracy of Sure Tip of the day which performs irrespective of the condition in the market. Market breadth on the BSE was negative with 1,436 stocks having declined against 973 advancing ones, on the BSE and same is attributable to Standard & Poor lowering the India’s credit rating to negative from stable.
